Lastly,

Coaches, Make sure that all of your athletes have valid and complete medical and consent forms signed before bringing them to the Region North Junior and Senior Bowling Competition as they will be checked at registration. (This should not be an issue considering each of you bring updated and complete medical and consent forms to every training session and event). This is especially important as athletes without these forms will not be eligible to participate. The very last thing we want to do is turn athletes away from the event, but this piece of information is very important and athletes simply can not participate without it.
If you require blank medicals to be mailed to you please contact us as soon as possible and we will happily mail these to you.

I appreciate your understanding.

As usual if you have any questions you should feel free to contact me using the information provided at the bottom of the page.

Thanks,

Josh Dority
